Refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase (the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act / the EU Consumer Rights Directive). We apply it simply: if you ask within 14 days of purchase or renewal, we refund the full amount — even if you have already used the FLOGVIT.plus features.

How to request a refund

Send an email to Vegard.Hanssen@menneske.no from the address the account is registered to, or use the links in the receipt email from Paddle. The refund is carried out by Paddle (seller/merchant of record) back to the payment method you used, normally within 5–10 business days.

After a refund or cancellation

On a refund, FLOGVIT.plus access ends. On an ordinary cancellation you keep FLOGVIT.plus until the end of the paid period. You keep local progress in the browser regardless; synced statistics remain on the account and are reactivated if you renew later.
